1) Except as permitted by Sentence (2) and (3), the flame-spread rating shall be not more than 75 for the interior wall finish of

1) Combustible material shall not extend across the end of a firewall but is permitted to extend across a roof above a firewall that is terminated in conformance with the Sentence 3.1.10.3.(2).
